Order Processing

We hand-make many of our items and pack every order with care. We aim to post your order the same day where possible, or on the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon or at weekends will usually be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

•  Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days once posted.

•  You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way (where available).

•  Delivery times can occasionally be longer during busy periods or due to Royal Mail delays — we’ll always keep you updated if there’s any unexpected delay.

Shipping Costs

•  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

•  Some products (including our snuffle balls) already include postage in the price — this will be clearly shown on the product page.

•  We occasionally offer free UK shipping promotions — keep an eye on the homepage or our social pages for current offers.

International Shipping

At the moment we mainly ship within the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us first at daisyandnanas@gmail.com so we can check availability and postage costs for you.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing or incorrect, contact us straight away at daisyandnanas@gmail.com and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.
